I can only insure a package if the buyer wishes to pay the extra charges. The cost is $1.35 for items under $50.00. If you would like to have delivery confirmation that cost is $0.55. The USPS cannot track a lost item unless it is insured or you have delivery confirmation.

No, most of what I sell are craft books and such which could be photo-copied. I sell all of my items AS IS. Please email me with any questions that you may have before making a purchase and I will be glad to answer them.

Anything that I sell is well packaged. For books, I will use envelopes and packing tape, for yarn, kits, etc. it will depend on the size. Some of it is packed in boxes and some in large envelopes. I use bubble wrap or cardboard whenever it is necessary.

Some of the craft books that I sell are used and if they are I will tell you and let you know what the condition of the book is. If it is new, I will also tell you that. Anything that is used is described fully.
